TCL has achieved a significant milestone in smartphone display technology by unveiling the first device with an anti-glare AMOLED screen powered by NxtPaper technology. This innovative display integrates seven core technologies—including circular polarization, blue light reduction, an anti-reflective surface, flicker-free operation, and reflection-free performance—designed to deliver a comfortable and eye-friendly viewing experience. The new smartphone, named the TCL NxtPaper 70 Pro, is now available in Germany and Austria for €299, a price reduction from its original announcement of €339. The device features a 6.9-inch NxtPaper 4.0 display, a built-in stylus, and a Max Ink Mode that significantly extends battery life. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, ensuring balanced performance for everyday use.
The NxtPaper technology is part of TCL’s ongoing effort to meet the growing demand for high-quality displays that also prioritize eye health.
